As You Were is dedicated to uplifting Veterans by honoring their legacies using the transformative power of music. We offer One-on-One songwriting sessions to Veterans, providing a space to share their experiences and an opportunity for healing and growth. Our commitment to listening and understanding their stories results in powerful melodies that resonate with both the veterans and their families.
Based out of Nashville Tennessee, singer-songwriter and founder Jason Sever seeks to create an inclusive environment where Veterans can express their stories and find solace through the art of music. Jason teams up with musicians and has recorded with well known artists such as John Rich and Lee Greenwood to create professional and breathtaking masterpieces.
